Electric C-Frame Models offer compact, fully electric press performance for manufacturers that need repeatable control, 3-sided access, and accurate motion monitoring. With servo-driven technology, these presses help improve consistency, reduce hydraulic dependency, and support high-quality industrial production. Offered from .5 to 60 tons.
Neff Press electric c-frame model offers an extensive array of optional equipment in order to customize your press to ensure it meets your application specifications.
How do electric servo presses track part quality during a press cycle?
Electric servo presses track part quality by monitoring force and position during the press cycle. An encoder and load cell create a real-time force-versus-distance signature for each part. If the press detects unusual resistance, such as a missing, oversized, or incorrectly placed component, it can stop the cycle and flag the part as a no-go before it moves down the line.
From interference fits and staking to crimping, inserting, coining, and small part stamping, assembly presses help manufacturers create secure, repeatable connections.
Index units help move parts through repeatable production steps for small bending, keyway broaching, punching, shearing, and other compact press operations.
Clean room press systems support controlled production environments where repeatable force, cleaner operation, and reduced contamination concerns matter.
Stamping presses support hot stamping, close-tolerance dies, feed integration, and repeatable forming for demanding production applications.
We’re dedicated to providing a press that will last forever and contribute to your company’s production year after year.
