Neff Press C-Frame Floor model hydraulic presses are a heavy-duty choice for many industrial applications. Ranging from 2 to 250 tons of force, these presses are designed for low deflection and offer 3-sided access. Guided tool mounting plates, or gib guidance, are offered for this model of press.
Hydraulic floor models can be customized to match your part, tooling, controls, and production workflow. Available from 2–250 tons, these C-frame presses give manufacturers more flexibility than a standard floor press.
What is the difference between daylight opening and stroke length?
Daylight Opening: The total vertical space between the ram head and the press bed at its lowest adjustment.
Stroke Length: The maximum vertical distance the cylinder piston can physically extend outward.
From interference fits and staking to crimping, inserting, coining, and small part stamping, assembly presses help manufacturers create secure, repeatable connections.
Index units help move parts through repeatable production steps for small bending, keyway broaching, punching, shearing, and other compact press operations.
When a standard press cannot handle the risk, Intrinsically safe components, explosion-proof controls, guarding, and remote operation options can be built around the press.
Stamping presses support hot stamping, close-tolerance dies, feed integration, and repeatable forming for demanding production applications.
We’re dedicated to providing a press that will last forever and contribute to your company’s production year after year.
