From 2 - 10,000 tons designed around your application.

Customize your Press: tonnage, stroke, daylight and throat to speeds.

Our system is set apart to be able to change die's out quickly so you can perform top production.

Consistent thermal control for molding, laminating, bonding, and other temperature-sensitive press applications.

Our precision-guided presses, from our rail-guided to our 8-point gib-guided press, are uniquely designed to handle the most demanding applications. We offer these presses in tonnages ranging from 2 to 10,000 tons. This style of press is perfect for off-center loads, close tolerance dies, or progressive dies. Neff Press offers a variety of frame designs for your unique application.
Hydraulic precision guided models can be customized to match your part, tooling, controls, and production workflow. Neff Press offers an extensive array of optional equipment in order to customize your press to ensure it meets your application specifications. Common options include:
How do precision guides protect tooling from off-center loading?
Precision guides help protect tooling by keeping the ram moving on a controlled vertical path. When force is applied unevenly, rails and gibs reduce side movement, tilt, and deflection. This helps keep the upper and lower die aligned, even during off-center loading. As a result, manufacturers can reduce tooling damage and produce more consistent parts.
When material flow is difficult to control, drawing presses help reduce wrinkling, tearing, and inconsistent finished parts.
Remove excess material from cast, forged, molded, and formed parts with controlled force and repeatable geometry.
Controlled force, tooling, powder handling, and automation help turn powdered materials into more uniform finished parts.
For hot stamping, close-tolerance dies, and feed integration, hydraulic presses help manufacturers create repeatable formed parts with stronger process control.
We’re dedicated to providing a press that will last forever and contribute to your company’s production year after year.
